Ingredients

TBC Chocolate Hazelnut Rocher Ice cream

  • 150 gms
    hazelnut chocolate paste
  • 5 tbsp
    virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp
    hazelnuts (roasted and finely chopped)

Preparation

Make 6 mini scoops of the ice cream:

Step 1:
Place the scoops on a sheet of butter paper and freeze them overnight so they harden.
Step 2:
The next day, mix the virgin coconut oil with the hazelnut chocolate paste.
Step 3:
Warm up the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds and allow it to become a smooth coating.
Step 4:
Gently use a fork to dip the scoops in this coating. Shake gently to remove any excess coating. Sprinkle chopped hazelnuts on top.
Step 5:
Place each Keto-friendly Bomb on the butter paper and allow it to freeze. Serve frozen!
